COURTRESERVE RESERVATION SYSTEM

Pickleball players can reserve open courts through the CourtReserve site. Use of the system requires registration, which can be accomplished by contacting Allie (akd50@earthlink.net). Only individual registrations are permitted (not family). Once registered, download the mobile phone CourtReserve app from the app store to simplify reservation creation.

 RESERVATIONS ARE NOT REQUIRED BUT HAVE PRIORITY OVER WALK-ONS

One player can make a reservation for 1 court, 1 hour each day for a twosome or foursome. Large group reservations requiring multiple courts must be made by an administrator. Contact Allie (akd50@earthlink.net). No recurring group event reservations can be made on the lit courts (5 and 6 ) in the evenings, though individuals can make reservations each week.

Reservations can be made up to 1 week before the desired date and must be in place by 1 hour before the time.

 A few of the features available with this app are:
- Create a court reservation that may only be edited by the originator. All players will automatically receive confirmation emails.
- Create an Open Court reservation that will permit anyone to see the invitation and add themselves to play. This new “Open Court” reservation provides optional restrictions such as Player Rating, gender, number of players, etc
- Easy registration for future social events where knowing how many will attend is important. This also provides a way to confirm a payment if required.
- Reservations and Events may be viewed together on a single screen or sorted to users preference.
- Event creators (Mens Adv, Women’s Doubles, etc) will be able to manage number of available spots, rating limits, know who will be attending, etc
